William Eric Fulton—known simply as Eric—isn’t just a business manager. He’s a builder of people, careers, and culture. As the founder and CEO of Fulton Management, Eric has led the firm from a two-person startup to a 45-person powerhouse representing nearly 800 clients across entertainment, sports, and digital platforms.

With an accounting degree from California State University, Northridge and early experience at Deloitte, Eric's journey into business management was driven by a desire to serve others with transparency, fairness, and heart. His innovative hourly billing model challenged industry norms and earned him recognition in Variety, Billboard, and The Hollywood Reporter—all at once.

But for Eric, success has always been personal. From still filing taxes for his earliest clients to mentoring his team and planning office paint nights and Dodger game outings, he leads with humility and commitment.

Off the clock, Eric splits time between Agoura Hills and Malibu, enjoys baseball, and finds purpose in philanthropy and mentorship. At his core, Eric believes in showing up—for clients, for his team, and for the community.
